The room was spacious and clean, featuring a well-appointed kitchenette that added convenience. The bed was comfortable, providing a restful sleep after a long day. Temperature control was efficient, maintaining a pleasant ambiance throughout the stay. the noise level was noticeable at times due to proximity to the freeway, which could be a drawback for light sleepers. Fresh and modern decor created a welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom was tidy, although it could use some updates. Access to local attractions was convenient, with the shuttle service being a thoughtful touch.

I couldn’t believe the chaos outside—loud banging from a dump truck at 1am kept me awake for hours. The lack of basic amenities in my room was frustrating too; no pillows for the pullout bed and barely any towels. So disappointing!

The rooms were reasonably large and modern and the staff were very good. Amazing and marvellous position was an added bonus.

The shuttle service is super handy for getting around town. The front desk staff are friendly and genuinely try to help, which is refreshing in a hotel.

The walls are so thin you’ll know if your neighbor is having a midnight snack.

Good breakfast, hot and fresh. Staff? Kind and quick to help, especially when we needed to print concert tickets last minute. Noisy, poorly lit, and right next to the social area. I was concerned about my U-Haul’s safety, but the well-lit parking helped ease my mind. the hotel needs improvement—spray paint stains everywhere and a lack of attention to detail. The check-in process was slow, and I almost got charged twice. Directions to the place are also confusing, especially for travelers with mobility issues. A mixed bag of experiences here; not likely to return.

I absolutely loved how this place was just a short stroll away from Bricktown, making it super easy to explore the vibrant area packed with restaurants, shops, and fun activities, plus it was close to many important landmarks like the Oklahoma City National Memorial and the Museum of Art, so we could soak in the historical and cultural vibes without needing to drive far; the spacious rooms with kitchenettes added extra comfort and convenience for our family, but the service could definitely improve, especially in handling guest concerns.

I stayed for 3 nights here and had a fine time. There were a coffeemaker, a writing table and ironing facilities in the room, loved that. The hotel's location was stunning, just off river walk and restaurants and downtown.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.
